Piedmont

This bachelor pad underwent a dramatic transformation. Originally an 1980s condo, the space has been completely reimagined to reflect modern style and functionality. Smart design choices were key. Streamlining the kitchen and bathrooms allowed for a more open concept layout, maximizing usable space. Even the original spiral staircase, a hallmark of 80s design, was incorporated into the new aesthetic, adding a touch of playful character.
